I am getting very tired of hearing people spout that the Earth is flat. How ridiculous. I believe that the flat earth theory is a CIA psyop, especially after reading the article below called Fake “Flat Earth” Conspiracy Finally Outed As C.I.A. Psyop -- Flat Earth Kingpin Eric Dubay Exposed as a CIA Asset. I found some articles that discussed a Biblical interpretation of some concepts that flat-earthers claim from the Bible. You can decide for yourself what you want to believe.
I found an article about the guy who posted the above picture from the top of Mount Everest. You can read it here. Here is a video from the top of Mount Everest. One viewer revealed: "I climbed Kilimanjaro a few years ago, which is not nearly as tall as Everest, but the curvature of the earth was definitely visible from the summit, but nothing like this.
How do Flat Earthers explain the people who sail around the world? I found a YouTube expose from Sailing Noah showing their route to sail around the world. One cannot sail Around the World if its FLAT! It's an impossibility. So how do Flat Earthers explain the people who sail around the world? Shouldn't they come to a wall or whatever they say is over the earth?
Many of the Flat Earthers get their misinformation from a website called Flat Earth Society. The modern age of the Flat Earth Society dates back to the early 1800s, when it was founded by Samuel Birley Rowbotham, an English inventor. You can go onto the website and read for yourself what they use as criteria to prove the Earth is flat.

The first article I highlight is called the Flat Earth Myth which talks about the early church: For the last 200 years or so, many anti-Christians have resorted to a scurrilous lie (acting consistently with their worldview): that the early and medieval Christian Church taught that the earth is flat. But what did the early church really teach? Historian Jeffrey Burton Russell (1934–) thoroughly debunked the flat earth myth over 20 years ago in his definitive study Inventing the Flat Earth.

It perplexes us to see that belief in a “flat earth” is gaining traction, despite being thoroughly debunked for thousands of years. Supposedly, with our sophistication and intelligence today, we know better than the ignorant people of the past. Most of his students were surprised to learn that the facts of history are very different. The question of the earth’s true shape had been settled two millennia before Columbus. Rarely could any of his students give a good reason why the earth is spherical. So much for our modern smug superiority over the supposedly ignorant people of the past.

It is not! History tells us that conspiracies against the general population to enrich the ruling elite have existed from time immemorial.
So, is everything NASA telling us a lie? Some people think that because NASA says so, it must be a lie! They distrust everything NASA has to say, and with good reasons. But in this case we should take NASA as the final authority on the subject. Did the concept of a spiracle earth originate from the National American Space Agency of the 20th century? No. A spherical earth has been postulated from the time of Aristotle who lived from 384 – 322 BC)! There is NO scientist of any reputation whatsoever who has held a Flat Earth hypothesis. There is NO THEOLOGIAN either Roman Catholic or Protestant who has EVER taught Flat Earth Theory.
One reason for the Flat Earth Youtube phenomenon could be that the NWO people want to group people who deny that climate change is caused by human activity in the same category as the flat earth people. This is diabolical! People who deny that climate change is caused by human activity have reputable scientists such as John G. Hartnett on their side, but flat earth theory people have absolutely none.There is a tremendous amount of unnecessary confusion today about the shape of the world we live in. Through the use of neuro-linguistics coupled with fraudulent and misleading imagery (and music) in the form of videos and endless memes, a sustained disinformation campaign exploded onto the scene in 2014. These are trademark mind-control tactics that are well-documented and used throughout the “intelligence” communities in programs that have now been exposed like MK-Ultra and MK-Naomi.

And you also have to understand that Flat Earthers Systematically Are Being Used To Disrupt And Undermine Truth Movements Everywhere. Why did the CIA start the Flat Earth Theory?
There is an insidious conspiracy at work throughout the entire Internet which seeks to destroy Truth Movements everywhere. One of its organs of mischief is known as the Flat Earth Society (FES) and its explicit purpose is to take down every single truth-oriented website, blog and/or organization which permits an open comment section at the bottom of their posts and articles.
Here’s how they work:
Agents of the FES often begin by posting rather benign yet factual comments about NASA, which everyone now knows is a rogue agency which can rarely be trusted to tell the truth about particular scientific endeavors and galactic missions. That’s a no-brainer that everyone agrees with—NASA holds onto most of the truth and parcels out only the absolute minimum to the taxpayers who fund their space missions and other assorted projects.
The Flat Earthers then take advantage of this universal hatred of NASA for their spewing so much deception over so many years, and they use it to subtly garner support for their nonsensical Flat Earth Theory (FET). When the time is right, the Flat Earthers will then start introducing utterly absurd notions about the Solar System and patently false concepts about the Earth’s relationship to the Sun.
They justify their preposterous sophistry and wacky ideas by routinely outing NASA as a serially prevaricating government agency, which they are — and then using their well-known deception as a justification to overturn the entire paradigm of modern astrophysics. Talk about throwing the baby out with the bath water. There is no astronomical scientific truth that the Flat Earthers have left unassailed. You name it — gravity, a spherical Earth and other planetary orbs, rotational movement of the planets. planetary revolutions around the Sun — they throw it all out and label it as “NASA lies”.
Once they do that in a very public Internet forum or chat room, website or blog comment section, they begin to stir up a LOT of trouble. They pre-position sock-puppets in the same forums, blogs, etc., who will, with apparent spontaneity, support their silly and stupid comments about the Flat Earth Theory (FET). The longer the comment thread, the more opportunity to draw in the unsuspecting into their outlandish web of deceit and deception.
They do this by presenting some entirely new and quite valid hypotheses which do introduce such concepts that are related to the Electric Universe; or that propose that the Solar System is also moving though space in a manner which defies the conventional scientific wisdom. There are many instances where the current scientific paradigm does completely fall down, by the way, and the FEs use these obvious flaws to take down the whole system of modern thought.
By so aggressively assaulting the conventional wisdom which is accepted by the vast majority of people on the planet, they then tar the reputation of the truth movement groups whose websites they have deliberately polluted with their obvious foolishness concerning their FLAT EARTH fantasies.
A Massive CIA Black Operation
Many are now suspicious that these relentless FE initiatives are so organized because they have the backing of those government agencies that do not want the truth (about anything) revealed. The CIA, FBI, DIA, NSA have long employed this signature MO which is determined to kill the messengers of truth anyway they can. Ruining reputations has always been preferred to outright murder, which they also perpetrate when they deem it absolutely necessary. After all, the primary mandate for The Company (aka the C.I.A.) is to carry out their covert truth-silencing black operations.
Important Note:
The vast majority of Flat Earthers do not even have a clue that they are being used 24/7 to advance a sinister agenda to destroy the various truth movements around the globe. If they did have this awareness, most would leave the whole enterprise in a heartbeat. Like all C.I.A. blackops, they are conducted on a strictly need-to-know basis and in a highly compartmentalized fashion. Just like only the 33 degree Freemason types know anything of the real plots that are afoot in the world, so, too, do those CIA controllers manipulate the Flat Earthers from afar. All the CIA ever has to do is effectively control one individual who has been completely programmed to execute their agenda. Others who demonstrate similar vulnerability to the same programming are then chosen to lead the sheep whenever and wherever necessary. The bottom line here is that many Flat Earthers are truly seeking the truth. This segue into Flat Earth crazyland is but detour they must take in order to get real after they become aware that they have become profoundly deceived. Everyone takes a similar journey in life as they break free from all the deception which has been brought to bear by the ubiquitous and ever present Global Control Matrix.
Conclusion
How easy is it for a pack of Flat Earth jackals to take down an honest truth-seeking website or forum that only looks to uncover the truth. These folks have scripts crafted for every rejection and every response that they face. They have been thoroughly brainwashed to understand the Flat Earth Theory as truth, and are mind-controlled to see themselves as modern-day Galileos.
In light of their cohesive organization they have learned how to work in a concerted effort to quickly victimize the unsuspecting. Their primary weapons are little (and big) lies that NASA has told, as well as some glaring gaps in the current astrophysics paradigm. It’s true that each successive paradigm has rendered the previous one partially obsolete as the world has evolved from the Newtonian to the Einsteinian to the Quantum to the Electric Universe.
However, that does NOT mean that fire is not hot and does not burn. These Flat Earthers would have us all believe even that — that fire is not hot and does not burn — if they could, and much more crazy stuff. Nevertheless, it’s critical to understand such crazymaking by certified crazymakers is quite purposeful. For CIA-certified crazymakers such as these always have a covert agenda to execute and specific goals to accomplish. Hence, the challenge for many has been to avoid being caught up in their utterly crazy agenda. Otherwise, if we get caught off guard, we risk missing the gun-grabbing that can occur in the wake of an Orlando false flag mass shooting or the like.

Johannes Kepler studied astronomical tables for 20 years, and discovered that the orbit of each planet is an ellipse, with the sun at one focus. The plants move slowly when distant, speed up as they approach the sun, for the same reason that a stone speeds up as it falls. Kepler found that the line connecting a plant with the sun sweeps over equal areas in equal times. Kepler discovered a precise relationship between each planet's average distance from the sun and its time of orbit.
Later, Isaac Newton deduced Kepler's laws mathematically from his own laws of motion and gravitation. Newton's laws apply not only to planets moving around the sun, but also to satellites. When satellites encounter friction, such as air resistance, they lose energy as heat, fall into tighter and tighter orbits, until they hit the ground.

Flat Earthers also claim that there is an "ice wall" surrounding Antarctica, and thus the "flat" earth. There are also pictures and someone filming what appears to be an ice all, which is what they are using to claim the earth is surrounded by an ice wall. USA Today wrote an article entitled Fact check: Antarctica is a continent, not an 'ice wall' around a flat Earth. Flat Earthers will stop at nothing to prove their belief.

The last thing I want to mention is why "Flat Earthers" seem to highlight the word "Firmament" from Genesis, as well as waters above and waters below. Why is the word "Firmament" from Genesis being mentioned so much? Why do the Flat Earthers think that this word means the world is flat?

"Most people interpret this to mean just the expanse of the sky (the atmosphere) or outer space, or both (which it is), but the full meaning goes well beyond that simplistic interpretation. The creation of the firmament is associated with the placement of a defined heavenly structure. Many modern scholars consign the term "firmament" as a relic of a pre-scientific culture and translate the Hebrew word raqia as a "dome" or "vault" in some modern Bibles, but it is rendered as "firmament" in the KJV for good reason. The problem that puzzles people is the implication in the Hebrew language of the firmament being a firm, fixed structure (FIRMament). That structure, and the KJV word choice, can be explained in the context of the Ruin-Reconstruction interpretation of Genesis."
WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS ABOUT FLAT EARTH THEORIES. The article talks about the Four Corners of the Earth mentioned in Revelation 7:1 and Revelation 20:8. The final time this expression is used is in Isaiah 11:12, which speaks of God bringing the Israelites together, stating “He will raise a banner for the nations and gather the exiles of Israel; he will assemble the scattered people of Judah from the four quarters of the earth”.
It also discusses the interpretation of the firmament ~~ In the cosmology of the flat Earth, the disk-shaped planet is covered by a dome whose edges stop just beyond the 45-meter-high ice wall of Antarctica, which surrounds the Earth. The stars are fixed on this dome, while the sun and moon, which are only about 50 kilometres in diameter, revolve about 5,000 kilometres above the Earth.
The idea of this dome is born at the intersection of three arguments, Professor Younker explains: 1. raqia, the Hebrew word used for “sky” in Genesis 1 would somehow imply the need for a solid, metal-like material; 2. subsequent translations of the biblical term in the Greek (stereoma) and Latin (firmamentum) versions keep the idea of a solid material; 3. ancient Jews would have supported this cosmology like their Mesopotamian neighbours.

Starting in the 6th century BC the Greeks based their distances on the models of the disk-shaped planet and were evolving to the sphere model (not half spheres or domes). Therefore, the idea that the Earth was contained in one or more solid spheres was common in the academic environment in Alexandria when the Septuagint was translated “and is undoubtedly the main factor (rather than etymology) in translators choosing the word stereoma to translate raqia,” professor Younker says.
Regarding the first argument, it must be mentioned that in Hebrew, the verb raqa, which is a derivative of the noun raqia, points to the actions of making something thin by stretching it and has no intrinsic meaning which would make someone think about a form or a material (for instance, metal). Raqa is used as a verb for objects like tent cloths and other fabrics for which the idea of stretching actually makes sense. Dr. Faulkner explains that this is why modern theologians have concluded that raqia must be translated “sky”—a vast expanse of space that includes not only the Sun and the Moon, but also the Earth’s atmosphere in which birds fly—since Genesis 1:14 and 1:20 both use the same word, raqia, to refer to the two different situations.
The third argument, according to which ancient Jews would have had the same cosmology as their Mesopotamian neighbours, namely, that the Earth is flat and covered by a solid dome, is twice wrong. First of all this argument is wrong because Mesopotamians, although they supported the flat Earth theory, never talked about a dome. This incorrect idea was introduced in 1850 by Hormuzd Rasam and used by other historians who, at that time, were trying to sketch the landscape of ancient cosmologies. According to them, during their Babylonian exile Jews would have assimilated these ideas into their cosmology. However, in 1975—when specialist in Assyriology, W.G. Lambert tried to establish the origin of the idea that the Babylonians believed that the Earth was covered by a dome—Lambert did not find any historical proof until the works of Assyriology specialists in the second half of the 19th century, the first ones to translate the Babylonian word for sky as “celestial vault”. On the contrary, the Babylonians saw the cosmos as a series of objects, flat layers piled up one on top of the other and held together by ropes, with no mention of a tri-dimensional dome. “The reality is that there is no term to describe a celestial vault in ancient Mesopotamia,” Younker says.
The second error is to assume, without valid historical arguments, that we know what kind of cosmology ancient Jews used. The oldest Jewish writings on this topic date from the medieval period and reflect the cosmology of that time, namely geocentrism, Faulkner says. Therefore, at the time the Greek translation of the Old Testament (Septuagint) was written we can, at most, only assume what the Hellenized Jews in the diaspora believed. Since many of them lived in Alexandria, Egypt, one of the educational and cultural centres of the Greek world, they most likely assimilated the translation raqia with stereoma—not, however, the meaning only introduced in the 1850s, of stereoma as a dome, but the meaning understood by the Greeks of that time: a spherical Earth contained in solid spheres.
The Bible on the flat Earth theory: a history
Perhaps the final argument from the flat Earth camp is that up until 500 years ago the church supported the model of a flat Earth, as many still do today. Again, this is wrong.
As we will see shortly, the church never claimed that the Earth is flat, but supported the theory of geocentrism—which says that the Earth stands still and the Sun, Moon and stars revolve around it—placing humans at the centre of creation. This generated the conflict between heliocentrist Galilelo Galilei and the church. So where did this long-standing false idea of a conflict between Christianity and science on this point come from? It comes from an attempt to discredit the Bible at the end of the 19th century, Faulkner says.
If you are familiar with the Flammarion engraving, a very well-known illustration of the flat Earth covered by a dome, you might believe it originates in the medieval period but it actually dates from the 1880s. Such illustrations—of a religious or scientific origin—are almost non-existent in the medieval period, because during the Middle Ages almost nobody believed in the flat Earth theory, not even the church leaders. Therefore, if the proponents of the flat Earth theory are geocentrists, it is important to know that from a historical point of view the converse is not true.
A possible explanation for the geocentric model remaining as the preferred model for such a long time—although the Greeks developed, almost in parallel, geocentric and heliocentric cosmological models—is that the technology of the time was not advanced enough to provide evidence in favour of the heliocentric model. For observers in that time, the Sun and planets seemed to revolve around a stationary Earth. Without an external reference point, any observer might draw a similar conclusion even today—for instance, a passenger in a moving train carriage might believe that the train on the next line is the one that actually started moving. The idea that the heliocentric theory had supporters everywhere, except in the church, is completely false. Copernicus dedicated his famous work on heliocentrism to Pope Paul the second.
Just as false is the assumption that the church rejected heliocentrism based only on biblical arguments. The church (both Catholics and Protestants) rejected the theory of heliocentrism because it was contrary to the science of the time and did not offer comprehensive and satisfactory answers. The geocentric model had dominated the world for more than 1500 years and made sense, according to what could be observed prior to the invention of the telescope. As the Greeks before them, neither Copernicus nor Galileo Galilei managed to solve the severe flaws in the heliocentric model, due to the lack of a more advanced technology. While problems still existed on an empirical level, however, their calculation models for determining the position of the planets were advanced. Unfortunately, the limitations of direct observation at the time prevented these beliefs from becoming scientific consensus. Therefore, 60 years after Copernicus had published his theory, only ten other authors with supportive works had emerged.
It would have been a big leap of faith for the church to give up geocentrism when not even the scientific world had reached a positive consensus. Let us remember that it was a period in which individual interpretations of Scripture was a delicate subject for the Catholic Church, which had just gone through the Protestant Reformation. This is why, when it hit the theological arena, the debate of Galileo’s ideas ended the way it did. Meanwhile, technology proved Galilelo right, and geocentric systems have been, for the most part, forgotten. Only much later did the Catholic Church admit its guilt in one of the more infamous incidents in its history.
Conclusion
There are a number things that we can learn from this history, Faulkner says. The Bible does not promote a specific cosmology. It is people who put together different passages to make up a cosmology. The fact that it does not promote a specific cosmology may even be a good thing. If the Scriptures supported a specific cosmology, ancient or modern, those who believed otherwise would have had reason to renounce the Bible. Some do this today because they learn from unreliable sources that the Bible teaches the flat Earth theory. However, as discussed above, this is not what the Bible teaches but what people have read into it. Some do it knowingly, others not, and others, instead of using an exegetical approach (that is, critically examining the Bible to understand the context and meaning of the verses), use an eisegetical approach; that is, they introduce new meanings from external sources into Scripture. It takes a lot of time to read through all of it, but I believe it would be worth your time, that is, if you want to learn the truth.
You will find lots of You Tube videos and their website Flat Earth Society trying to prove their theory, but if you study the science behind it, the truth will come out. They even try to show that there are religious references to the earth being flat. But, if you read through the sites from this blog, you will see that biblical interpretation is vast, but in essence, does not say the earth is flat.
On August 16, 2023, we went to visit the EAA Aviation Museum in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. They had a display and video on SpaceShipOne.
The video showed that on June 21, 2004, SpaceShipOne crossed the 328,000 foot boundary into space. Mike Melvill became the world's first commercial astronaut. A 76 second rocket burn takes the spaceship to a speed of 2.9 Mach or 2,150 miles per hour. Melvill experienced weightlessness for approximately three minutes, before an uneventful re-entry and glide back to Mojave, the nation's first inland Space Port.
What do we see from these pictures? Oh, yes, a curvature of the Earth! Well, how about that! A curved earth!
