Love Sweat Fitness Meal Prep & Weight Loss

I found Katie Dunlop while searching for weight loss meals. While I don't agree with some of the foods she eats, for the most part she has great ideas on meal preparation and how to put protein, carbs and fats into a great meal. In one of these videos she has a reccipe for "Overnight Oats." Oats is something I do not eat and do not recommend. Here is a video by Dr. Ken Berry about why you should not eat oats.
