Visit with the grandkids (and Josh & Karen)

Decided to head to Houston Tuesday of last week and visit with Josh, Karen, Ellie & Jason before Memorial Day weekend and the never ending daily activities at Jellystone.  Wanted to surprise Ellie at her swim lesson but the timing was off and we did not get there on time, however, when we pulled up in front of her house she was there riding her bike and came running into our arms yelling "Grandma"!! This picture is Ellie in her favorite princess dress sitting with her dog Kayla.

So wonderful!  Jason is crawling all over and loves to be held under his arms and stand.  He is really a joy.  The top of my head got cut off in this picture and it looks like Jason is giving the "finger."  HAHAHA

Dinner Tuesday night turned into a catastrophe when Josh was taking wine glasses out of the cupboard above the counter with all the food and one rolled out and landed on a plate and shattered into a million pieces, landing in the food. 😢 So, Karen had to throw away the veggies and potatoes.  Luckily it did not land in the meat, so we had the meat and sweet potato fries for dinner - then cheesecake for desert.  All was OK!
